Supporting Families and Children

We work alongside families to build capacity and achieve outcomes that support the best interests of children and young people. Our approach is child-centred, family-focused, and culturally respectful. We provide flexible and supportive services that recognise and build on the strengths of parents for the wellbeing of the whole family.

How We Help

Our services include:

• Case management and family support delivered at home or in locations that suit the family, such as schools or kindergartens.
• The Barwon Orange Door – Colac Access Point, located on site, which offers a safe and accessible way for women, children, and young people experiencing family violence—or families needing support with child wellbeing and care—to connect with the services they need.
