Gunditjmara Aboriginal Cooperative Ltd emerged from the pursuit to inspire and support the community and a desire for actions to speak louder than words. Established in 1979, Gunditjmara is driven by progressive ideas, bold actions and a strong foundation of support. With over 100 staff, it is now the region's primary provider of social, health and cultural services for local Aboriginal community. Gunditjmara provides holistic, wrap around supports using a cultural framework to all families with Aboriginal children, including IFS, Intensive IFS and the FPR program.

It provides a range of family, community, health and cultural support and services to the Aboriginal community in South West Victoria. Winda-Mara staff work with the local Aboriginal community under the principle of Aboriginal Self Determination and use a cultural framework to provide strength-based approaches to build the social, health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people.
